SHAHI TUKRAY { BREAD DESSERT }

Milk: 1 liter

Bread slices: 5

Sugar: 1 cup

Green cardamon: 5

Almonds: 1 cup crushed

Yellow food color: 1 pinch

Clarified butter or oil: for frying.

METHOD:
In a frying pan add oil and fry bread until light golden brown.

In another deep pan boil milk until slightly thick then add all the ingredient except almonds.

Bring it to boil then turn off the flame.

Add fried bread into it.

After 5 min dish it out and garnish with almonds.

Enjoy.


CHOCOLATE CHINA GRASS CUBES

China grass: 1 sachet


Milk: 1 kg

Sugar: 1 cup

Chocolate: 2 cup melted

METHOD:

In boiling milk add china grass & sugar.

Cook until properly dissolve.

Pour it in bowl and let it cool down on room temperature.

Refrigerate it for 4 hours.

Cut in cube shape & dip it in chocolate

Freeze it for 20 min

Enjoy.

BLUE BERRY HOT CHOCOLATE

Milk: 2 cup

Cocoa powder: 1 cup

Sugar: 1 tsp

METHOD:

In a pan heat up milk, add cocoa powder & sugar,mix well

Add blueberries.

Pour it in mug,serve hot.

VALENTINES DAY SPECIAL

Chocolate: 1 cup melted

Butter: 1 cup melted


Sugar: 2 cups

Flour: 1 cup

Egg: 2

METHOD:

Add chocolate,butter & sugar in a bowl,mix well.

Add egg into the mixture & whisk.

Add flour & mix well.

In preheated oven bake it on 176 C for 20 min.

With cookie cutter cut out heart shape.

Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate milk: 1 cup

Melted chocolate: 1 cup

Graham crackers: 1 cup crushed

Chocolate ice cream; 1 scoop

Marsh mellow: for garnishing

METHOD:

In a mug add ice cream in bottom.

Add chocolate milk.

Add melted chocolate.

Add crackers.

Add marsh mellow.

Serve chilled.

CRANBERRY MARGARITA

WATERMELON ICE CREAM

Red food color: few drops

METHOD:

Put all the ingredients in blender & blend well.

Pour it in plastic container.

MINT OREO BARK

INGREDIENTS:

Oreo: 1 pack crushed (half for mixing & half for topping)

White Chocolate: 1 cup melted

Pepper mint extract: 2 tsp

Green food color: few drops

METHOD:
In a bowl add all the ingredient, mix well.

Add parchment paper on tray & pour the mixture.

Add remaining  oreo on top.

Freeze for 2 hours.

Break into pieces.

Enjoy.


HOT COCOA

Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp

Milk: 1 1/2 cup

Chocolate: 1 cup melted

Sugar: 1 tsp

Almonds:2 tsp (if you want)

METHOD:

Add milk,sugar and cocoa powder in a pan on low heat.

Stir continuously.

Pour in cup & mix melted chocolate.

Add almonds & stir.

Enjoy.

SPARKLING POMEGRANATE

Pomegranate juice: 1 cup

Blue berries : 1/2 cup

METHOD:

Add some sparkling water in ice cube tray, add blue berries in it and freeze for 2 hours.

In a glass add sugar, pomegranate juice & sparkling water,  mix well.

Add blue berries cubes in juice.

HONEY LEMON PEAR

Pears: 2 peeled

Honey:1 1/2 tbsp

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Cinnamon stick: 1

Water: 1 cup

METHOD:

Add honey & lemon juice in a pan and dissolve honey.

Add water & cinnamon stick & mix well.

Add pears and cook it until the pears get soft, stir occasionally

Enjoy.

BANANA & STRAWBERRY ICECREAM

Whipped Cream: 2 cups

Milk:1 cup

METHOD:

In a blender add all the ingredients accept cream,blend well.

In a plastic bowl add mixture & Mix cream into it.

Freeze it for 5 hours or overnight.

Blend all the ingredients well & smoothie is ready.

PARTY SWEET DIP

INGREDIENTS:

Peanut butter: 250 gr

Honey: 2 tbsp

Crackers: 1 pack

METHOD:
In a greased baking dish add peanut butter in bottom.

Add honey on top of peanut butter.

Add marshmallow on top.

In preheated oven bake it on 180 C for 15 min until light brown.

Serve it with crackers,Enjoy.

CHOCOLATE COCONUT MACAROONS

YUMMY & QUICK EASY MICROWAVE CARAMELS

Corn syrup: 1 cup

Condense Milk: 1 cup

Unsalted Butter: 1 cup

Brown sugar: 1 cup

METHOD:
Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well,then microwave it for 5 min.

After cool down place the mixture into greased mold having butter paper and put it in refrigerator for 30 mins.

Cut it any shape you desire and wrap it in butter paper. 

BUTTER CHOCOLATE TOFFEE COFFEE

Hot coffee: 12 ounce

Chocolate Mocha ice cream: 8 ounce

Chocolate bar piece: 2

Whipped cream

Butter Topping: 4 tablespoon

METHOD:

Take 2 coffee mug and put ice cream in the bottom

Add hot coffee, butter topping and place whipped cream on top

Decorate it with chocolate bar or add wafers to it

Enjoy hot
