225g self raising flour
lemon juice 1
METHOD:
pre heat oven to 180 degreeC ,take a bowl add butter,sugar and beat it then add eggs,and flour,lemon zest and combine well and pour it into greased baking mold and bake it for 40 to 45 min.
take it out and add lemon juice on top.enjoy

GOLD COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS:
FOR COCKTAIL:
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup
2 oz mango juice
FOR HONEY SYRUP:
1 cup honey
1/3 cup warm water
METHOD:
Stir honey into warm water,mix well & refrigerate.
Take a bottle put lemon juice,mango juice,honey syrup & shake well.
Take a big glass full of ice cubes & pour the cocktail,serve chill.

Caramel Apples
INGREDIENTS:
6 - Apples2 Cups - Sugar
1/4 Cup - Corn syrup
1/2 Cup - Water
1/2 Cup - Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp - Butter
1 Pinch - Salt
DIRECTION:
Put a sauce pan on medium heat.Add sugar, corn syrup and water init and bring it to boil.
Stir until sugar completely dissolved.
Leave it to cook the mixture and became sticky.
Now remove from heat and add cream, butter and salt and slightly whisk.
Put back the sauce pan on the low heat and whisk the mixture till smooth.
Remove from heat and let it be cool to be thick and sticky.
Now insert the sticks into the apples.
Grease the serving dish with vegetable oil.
Coat the apples from the caramel and put it in the serving dish.
Let the apple be cool properly.
Serve and enjoy.. !!

Banana Foster
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup - Butter2/3 Cup - Brown Sugar
1.5 Tsp - Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp - Cinnamon Powder
3 - Banana Sliced
1/4 Cup - Chopped Walnuts
1 Scope - Vanilla Ice cream
DIRECTION:
Put a sauce pan in the medium heat and melt butter.Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, sugar in it.
When mixture starts to cook then add bananas and walnuts.
Cook bananas for 1 - 2 minutes to be tendered.
Serve with the scope of ice cream and enjoy.

LIME COCONUT SHAVED ICE
INGREDIENT:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
cream of coconut as required
shaved ice
1/3 cup lime juice
DIRECTION:
Take a pan and add sugar,water,lime juice stir it well until dissolved and refrigerate
Place shaved ice in bowl or cone and pour the chill syrup on shave ice,top with cream of coconut & enjoy

Swiss Roll Cake
INGREDIENTS:
6 - Eggs3/4 Tbsp - Cream of Tarter
2/3 Cups - Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp - Vanilla
1/4 Tsp - Salt
3/4 Cup - All Purpose Flour
DIRECTION:
Pre-heat oven at 220 degree centigrade.Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Beat egg whites and cream of tarter together on high speed.
Add 1/3 cup sugar init and beat continuously until sugar dissolved completely and egg whites became glossy.
Beat egg yolk separately n high speed for approx 3 to 5 minutes to became thick.
Now add remaining sugar and beat until sugar dissolved completely.
Then add salt and vanilla and beat a little more.
Add flour in it and whisk.
Then add egg white mixture and fold to be well combined.
Now grease the baking dish and spread the mixture over it.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
Take the cake out of the pan and roll.
Ready to serve.

Frozen Fruit Kebabs
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups - Mango cubes2 Cups - Kiwi cubes
2 Cups - Strawberries
2 Cups - Peach cubes
2 Cups - Grapes
2 Cups - Melon cubes
1 - Lime
Bamboo Skewers
DIRECTION:
Put all the fruits in a large bowl.Squeeze lime juice over it and toss.
Thread the fruits in bamboo skewers.
Freeze it for approx 4 hours.
Serve Chilled.

Brazilian Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
7 cups - cold water3/4 cup - granulated sugar
1 cup - fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp - lime zest
1/2 cup - sweetened condensed milk
Ice to serve
DIRECTION:
Dissolve sugar into the water and set aside.
Take a blender and add lime zest, lime juice and half sugar dissolved water into it and blend.
Add condensed milk and blend until smooth.
Now add remaining sugar water and stir well.
Pour it into the glasses and add ice cubes when served.

Sesame Seed Balls
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup - Roasted White Sesame seeds1/2 Cup - Khoya
2 Tsp - Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp - Warm Milk
1/2 Cup - Jaggery
DIRECTION:
Heat a saucepan and add oil and then sesame seeds in it.Stir until light golden brown.
Let it be cool in a plate.
Now add jaggery in the saucepan and stir until it got melt then turn off the flame.
Add milk in it and mix.
Then add khoya, sesame seeds in it and mix well combined.
Put a little oil on your hand and start making the small size balls of the mixture.
Serve these tasty balls on the room temperature.

Strawberry Orange Milkshake
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup - Vanilla Ice Cream1 Cup - Strawberries
1/2 Cup - Orange Pulp
1/4 Cup - Milk
DIRECTION:
Take a Blender.Add Ice cream, strawberries, orange, milk in it.
Blend well to became smooth.
Garnish with strawberry, orange slice and mint leaves.

Apple Cider Punch
INGREDIENTS:
6 Cups - Apple Cider2 Cups - Orange Juice or Orange-Mango Juice
1/2 Cup - Lemon Juice
750 ml - White Grapes Juice
DIRECTION:
Take a Pitcher add apple cider, orange juice or orange-mango juice, lemon juice into it.Mix it well.
Now slowly add white grapes juice into it.
Your drink is ready to serve.
Tip: serve immediately when prepared.
