Ingredients:
two (46 ounces) cans tomato juice
one (ten ounce) can beef bouillon
one teaspoon coarsely-ground fresh black pepper
one teaspoon celery salt
one teaspoon Accent seasoning (MSG), optional
four ounces lemon juice
one (five ounce) bottle Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste (for heat)
Preparation:
Combine tomato juice, beef bouillon, pepper, celery salt, Accent (if using), lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, & Tabasco sauce. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate.
Yield: one gallon
