Carrot Halwa



Ingredients:

2 tablespoons ghee
four giant carrots(coarsely grated)
400g can sweetened condensed milk)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom.
1/3 cup(45g)slivered almonds,toasted


Preparation:

Heat ghee in a giant pan, cook carrots, stirring until soft.
Add milk & cardamom cook stirring occasionally until very all liquid has evaporated & it leaves oil.
Stir in nuts.
Serve halwa warm or chilled.
