Sweet Omelette

Ingredients:

1 egg
2 tbsp leveled sugar
1 pinch cardamom powder (optional)
cooking  oil as required

Method:

1. take a bowl and beat the egg in it.
2. add sugar and cardamom in it and again beat.
3. heat the pan
4. put the beaten egg on to the pan.
5. heat till it cooked from one side like a golden brown.
6. flip it  and let it be done from the second side.
7. serve..
8. enjoy with crispy paratha or with the toast. :)
