Vanilla Cupcakes


  • INGREDIENTS:


  • ♥ 1 stick butter
  • ♥ 1 cup sugar
  • ♥ 2 eggs
  • ♥ 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ♥ 1/2 cup milk
  • ♥ 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • ♥ 2 teaspoons baking powder

METHOD:


Preheat oven to 350°f (177°c).
Sift the flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
In another large bowl, cream the butter with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add the sugar gradually and beat about 3-4 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. 
Beat in the vanilla.
Finally, add flour mixture alternately with milk.
Bake for 25-40 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
